About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Clinical Research Department
- Assist with clinical studies
- Maintain research databases
- Coordinate patient documentation
- Support research activities for patients and providers
- Explains clinical research process to patients and family members
- Requests participation and obtains informed consent
- Assist patients in clinic to complete necessary surveys
- Perform testing on all Research patients
- Prepare necessary forms for surgeons and patients/providers
- Ensure adherence to research protocol guidelines
- Communicate with clinical staff and patients/families
- Perform general office assistant duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA or AA degree and/or CRC Certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior clinical research or healthcare experience preferred.
