About the role
- Take end-to-end ownership of delivery for the Customer workstream
- Working across all brands amongst the wider Pennon Group
- Ensure customer needs are embedded into new operating models, service journeys and technology solutions
- Maintain strong governance, communication and control
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Lead business readiness and change activities for Customer teams
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate closely with other programme workstreams
- Own customer-facing communications for the workstream
- Ensure delivery meets agreed quality, timeline, and customer outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes in large organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in customer-focused or service-led environments
- Ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, change-driven programme
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable taking accountability
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving outcomes
- Desirable: Formal project management qualification
- Desirable: Experience with utilities, infrastructure, or smart metering environments
