About the role
- Analyse customer data to identify meaningful segments and behavioural patterns
- Develop and maintain segmentation models to support marketing and service strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to apply segmentation insights to campaigns and service design
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and dashboards
- Support continuous improvement in data quality and segmentation methodologies
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data analysis
- Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI or similar
- Experience in segmentation modelling and customer insight generation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in a regulated or customer-focused environment is desirable
