Requirements

What you’ll need

Required BS, MS or DPT from accredited physical therapy school
Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred; orthopedic rehabilitation experience desirable
PT - Licensed Physical Therapist
Maintain active license to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts
BLS - Basic Life Support Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
