About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope
- Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management
- Build reusable automation components and follow best practices
- Perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues
- Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards
- Support production deployments and hypercare activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of UiPath development experience
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications
- Knowledge of SQL and database integration
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
- Nice to Have: Prior experience in biotech, healthtech, or another regulated industry
