About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with generating publication schedules and tracking project milestones
- Monitor production timelines and identify upcoming deadlines across editorial, design, production, and marketing
- Support cross-functional communication by coordinating needs across departments and following up on outstanding action items
- Participate in department meetings and gain exposure to publishing strategy, scheduling discussions, and production planning
- Help prepare and update project trackers, reports, and workflow documentation
- Assist with special projects that support the Managing Editorial department and Adult publishing program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a current college student (sophomore, junior, senior) or recent graduate
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable learning new technology and project management systems
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software preferred; experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet is a plus, but not required.
