About the role
- Ensure the project is grounded in and guided by Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
- Coordinate sprints and Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and planning)
- Train team members in Agile frameworks
- Manage the scope and schedule of each project
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Act as the point of contact for client communications
- Work with product owners to process backlogs (backlog entry/grooming) and handle new requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
- Advanced English preferred
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM)
- Project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with training, reporting, Agile projects, and dashboards
- JQL (Jira Query Language)
