About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, including DFARS and FAR
Perform market research to identify cost-effective procurement strategies and recommend optimizations for supply chain efficiency
Submit the Procurement Compliance & Cost Efficiency Review, analyzing expenditure trends, contract execution, and budget adherence
Administer chargeback arrangements—subject to approval by the Government PM and COR
Document all chargeback activities in the centralized license and services ledger to support program-wide visibility and audit readiness
Coordinate with all active Work Orders to track, validate, and consolidate software and service license requirements across the program
Support budgeting, documentation, and usage monitoring for all chargeback arrangements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or
Four (4) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis
Knowledge and capability to track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies
Proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required
Demonstrated expertise in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements
Experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations
Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required
