About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, including DFARS and FAR
  • Perform market research to identify cost-effective procurement strategies and recommend optimizations for supply chain efficiency
  • Submit the Procurement Compliance & Cost Efficiency Review, analyzing expenditure trends, contract execution, and budget adherence
  • Administer chargeback arrangements—subject to approval by the Government PM and COR
  • Document all chargeback activities in the centralized license and services ledger to support program-wide visibility and audit readiness
  • Coordinate with all active Work Orders to track, validate, and consolidate software and service license requirements across the program
  • Support budgeting, documentation, and usage monitoring for all chargeback arrangements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or
  • Four (4) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis
  • Knowledge and capability to track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies
  • Proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required
  • Demonstrated expertise in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements
  • Experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations
  • Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required
