About the role

  • Design and implementation of digital fundraising initiatives and campaigns to attract one-time and recurring donors.
  • Ongoing development of the email program, including newsletters, campaigns and automated processes.
  • Development and execution of advertising campaigns for lead generation and direct fundraising via Meta, Google and other advertising channels.
  • Regular reporting and analysis of the fundraising program's performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ongoing management of external agencies, freelancers and other service providers.
  • Continuous monitoring of performance and budget control.

Requirements

  • A passion for human rights and migration policy, and a desire to apply professional skills to help save lives.
  • A completed university degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in online, performance, digital fundraising, or other B2C marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels to run multichannel campaigns with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Significant experience in at least one specific digital channel, e.g.: website, social ads, CRM/email, display, SEA, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant tools, e.g. Webflow, Brevo, Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Matomo, etc.
  • Strong numerical affinity and experience in reporting, analysis, and the strategic development of actionable recommendations.
  • Very good knowledge of standard office programs (esp. MS 365) and fundraising databases/CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
