About the role

  • Support in implementing, optimizing, and evaluating fundraising campaigns across online channels (email marketing, performance marketing for lead generation, and direct marketing (Meta, Google)).
  • Research and develop content for fundraising campaigns across all online channels, including copywriting, image selection, and other creative elements.
  • Create and optimize landing pages and other campaign resources for fundraising initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as donor communication and postal mailings.
  • Support technical projects related to CRM, website, and the donation platform.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in a field such as digital marketing, fundraising, communication design, media and communication studies, or a related discipline.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Interest in humanitarian issues and migration policy, and enthusiasm for the mission and values of SOS MEDITERRANEE at the European level.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Self‑initiative and flexibility.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Advantageous: experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, website management systems, and advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
