About the role

  • Provide technical support to the accounts receivable and credit & collections team, guiding and monitoring daily routines.
  • Control, monitor, track and contribute to the analysis of delinquency metrics and indicators.
  • Schedule, conduct and participate in monthly finance meetings with other business units.
  • Support the commercial teams of the units and/or the internal credit & collections team regarding open and/or pending invoices, aiming to minimize delinquency.
  • Analyze new collection service providers, among other related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of credit and collections processes.
  • Familiarity with banking workflows and credit report analysis (e.g., Serasa).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work on-site at the Center of Excellence (Corporate) in Farroupilha, RS, Brazil.
