About the role
- Provide technical security expertise to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Somos technologies
- Drive the development and adoption of security standards and best practices
- Perform security assessments and application threat modeling
- Work with Product Engineering & DevOps on secure deployments
- Review and resolve alerts from EDR platform
- Maintenance of Identity management systems
- Assist in deployment of firewall rules and support network security systems
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students in a degree-granting program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently
