Service, Application, Field Service
SOMNOmedics AGService/Application Employee supporting sleep laboratories and physicians in Southern Germany. Involves installation, maintenance, and training of medical technology systems.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As the point of contact for sleep laboratories and private practice physicians, you professionally support our customers in the daily use of our systems.
- Installation, maintenance and technical instruction: you commission new devices and systems at the customer's site, perform maintenance, and train users in a clear and confident manner.
- You demonstrate technical competence, provide clear explanations, and present a service-oriented demeanor.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage
- Solid physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) desirable
- Medical and technical understanding
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills and willingness to travel
- Very good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office
