About the role
- As the main contact for sleep laboratories and outpatient physicians, you professionally support our customers in the daily use of our systems
- Installation, maintenance and user training: you commission new devices and systems at the customer site, perform maintenance and provide clear, understandable training to users
- You demonstrate technical expertise, clear explanations and a service-oriented manner
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage
- Solid physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) desirable
- Medical and technical understanding
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Strong customer- and service-orientation
- Organizational skills and willingness to travel
- Very good PC skills, including full MS Office proficiency
