About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As the main contact for sleep laboratories and outpatient physicians, you professionally support our customers in the daily use of our systems
Installation, maintenance and user training: you commission new devices and systems at the customer site, perform maintenance and provide clear, understandable training to users
You demonstrate technical expertise, clear explanations and a service-oriented manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage
Solid physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) desirable
Medical and technical understanding
Confident and professional demeanor
Strong customer- and service-orientation
Organizational skills and willingness to travel
Very good PC skills, including full MS Office proficiency
