About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a collaborative, clinician-driven team at a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center
Shape care delivery and support team development
Ensure a collegial environment focused on excellence, growth, and balance
Provide anesthesia care in a hybrid Medical Direction / CRNA Independent practice model
Manage up to 6–7 rooms daily, typically 3–4 ORs and 2–3 GI rooms
Participate in ASC management meetings and administrative work as needed
Contribute to policy development and quality reviews
Work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., up to 10-hour days and 50-hour weeks
Support same-day surgery cases including GI/Endo, General, Orthopedics, Urology, Plastics, and other specialties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed in MI or eligible for licensure
Board Certification
ACLS certification
PALS certification
BLS certification
MD capable of managing up to 6–7 rooms daily
Anesthesiology expertise for a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center
