About the role

  • Prepare management reports, financial indicators, and support performance analyses (management income statement, cash flow, EBITDA).
  • Reconcile provisions, allocations, and management reclassifications.
  • Propose improvements to processes, systems, and internal controls related to accounting and controllership.
  • Organize and validate data for presentation to management and finance directors.
  • Interact with other departments (tax, finance, procurement, legal, etc.) to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain management dashboards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting with an active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration).
  • Previous experience in accounting firms or in corporate accounting/finance departments.
  • Experience in complex environments with multiple entities and high transaction volumes, under the Lucro Real tax regime.
  • Experience with controllership routines, preparation of management reports, balance sheet consolidation, budgeting, and variance analysis is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling, dashboards).
  • ERP experience (knowledge of systems such as SAP, Totvs, Oracle, or similar is desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (CPCs, IFRS).
  • Basic knowledge of Python; experience in VBA automation is a plus.
