Personal Injury Paralegal – Litigation Support

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a docket of active personal injury cases
- Monitor case progression and proactively move cases forward
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
- Track medical treatment, records requests, and case status updates
- Coordinate with clients, providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
- Execute firm SOPs for new case intake and ongoing case handling
- Assist in drafting and responding to discovery (RFPs, interrogatories, etc.)
- Organize and review medical records and litigation documents
- Support deposition and trial preparation
- Draft routine legal correspondence and pleadings
- Monitor litigation deadlines, court requirements, and filings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury law
- Exposure to litigation (not only pre-litigation)
- English level C1 or B2 Advanced
- Strong understanding of case flow from intake through litigation
- Experience with discovery processes and legal documentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management systems
