Key responsibilities & impact

Actively source and engage talent for the organization through outbound recruiting efforts
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
High‑volume, long‑cycle recruitment for some clients, requiring ongoing engagement with candidates over several months
Host multiple webinars per week , which requires strong communication and public speaking skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
Proven ability to manage high‑volume, long‑cycle recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable with public speaking , especially in webinar presentations
Proficiency with: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Microsoft Office Suite
Google Workspace (G Suite)
Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
