About the role

- High‑volume, long‑cycle recruitment for some clients, requiring ongoing engagement with candidates over several months
- Host multiple webinars per week , which requires strong communication and public speaking skills.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume, long‑cycle recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable with public speaking , especially in webinar presentations
- Proficiency with: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
