About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and chat requests from potential clients in both English and Spanish
Conduct initial client screenings to determine case eligibility (auto accidents, slip & fall, premises liability, etc.)
Accurately gather and document detailed case information into the firm’s CRM/case management system
Clearly explain the intake process, next steps, and required documentation to clients
Schedule consultations and retainers with attorneys or case managers
Follow up with prospective clients to secure signed agreements and required information
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards
Provide empathetic, professional communication to clients experiencing distress or injury
Collaborate with attorneys and case staff to ensure smooth case handoff
Meet or exceed daily/weekly intake and conversion metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Intake Specialist in a U.S. and Personal Injury Experience
