About the role
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with distributors, grocery stores, minimarkets, gyms, spas, restaurants, and convenience stores.
- Conduct in-person sales visits, product demonstrations, and tastings.
- Present and promote VitaLife products with strong value-based arguments.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; close sales opportunities and meet monthly targets.
- Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising in retail locations.
- Participate in brand activations, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in beverage sales, FMCG sales, or distributor relationship management.
- Proven experience with minimarkets, convenience stores, grocery chains, or distributors in Colombia.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within Medellín.
- CRM proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
