About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the claims process.
  • Maintain and organize case files, documents, and records both electronically and physically.
  • Schedule client treatments with providers, collect medical records and bills, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Request and gather essential documents such as police reports, medical records, and witness statements.
  • Conduct research to obtain insurance and other relevant data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 of relevant experience with case management with U.S. law firms.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • U.S. Personal Injury experience is mandatory.
