About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the claims process.
- Maintain and organize case files, documents, and records both electronically and physically.
- Schedule client treatments with providers, collect medical records and bills, and ensure continuity of care.
- Request and gather essential documents such as police reports, medical records, and witness statements.
- Conduct research to obtain insurance and other relevant data.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 of relevant experience with case management with U.S. law firms.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- U.S. Personal Injury experience is mandatory.
