About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and support SAP systems, mainly SAP TM and Dispute Management
- Handle basic configuration, user access, and daily admin tasks
- Support integration with logistics, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes
- Assist in resolving billing disputes and claims
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Support testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in SAP administration (TM & Dispute Management preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules like TM, SD, FI, and AR
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
