About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a member of the Oral Care Solutions Division digital manufacturing technology team
  • Define improvement opportunities within the digital workflow
  • Post-process digital 3D files
  • Manage patient data for dental treatment
  • Ensure on-time delivery of cases worldwide to production facilities
  • Support Customer Service, digital modification requests, and Research & Development projects
  • Be responsible for the manufacturing process quality
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required by supervision
  • Assist in training co-workers as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s/Two Year Technical degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • B2 Plus
  • 2+ years of experience with dental CADCAM software
  • Experience in a medical device environment
  • Experience with custom manufacturing driven by digital technologies and/or software
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Must work Monday–Friday shift
  • Must travel to Belen, Heredia at least 1 day per week
