About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a member of the Oral Care Solutions Division digital manufacturing technology team
Define improvement opportunities within the digital workflow
Post-process digital 3D files
Manage patient data for dental treatment
Ensure on-time delivery of cases worldwide to production facilities
Support Customer Service, digital modification requests, and Research & Development projects
Be responsible for the manufacturing process quality
Perform miscellaneous duties as required by supervision
Assist in training co-workers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s/Two Year Technical degree or higher from an accredited institution
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
B2 Plus
2+ years of experience with dental CADCAM software
Experience in a medical device environment
Experience with custom manufacturing driven by digital technologies and/or software
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team player
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
Must work Monday–Friday shift
Must travel to Belen, Heredia at least 1 day per week
