About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the evolution and execution of Solventum's enterprise talent strategy
  • Execute key talent processes including talent reviews, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and Workday-enabled Individual Development Plans
  • Simplify and strengthen talent practices to improve the employee and people leader experience
  • Help shape and execute strategic Talent & Culture initiatives, including Work that Works
  • Support executive- and Board-level talent deliverables, analyses, and presentations
  • Partner across HR and business teams to implement key strategic programs
  • Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and communications advancing the Best and Preferred Place to Work strategy
  • Track progress against talent and culture priorities and identify opportunities to improve impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness; OR high school diploma/GED and 14 years of such experience
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred as an additional qualification
  • Ten years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness could help further succeed
  • Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior leaders
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
