About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products
  • Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings
  • Deliver sustainable business growth through account and territory management
  • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities
  • Educate clinicians, including through inservicing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
  • Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption
  • Persuade key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products
  • Provide customer support and service
  • Complete sales training and demonstrate proficiency
  • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking
  • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
  • Coordinate patient transition of care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record review and maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements
  • Proven sales quota and target attainment
  • Prior wound care or medical device sales experience
  • Experience establishing customer relationships with key influencers, such as surgeons
  • Territory management and business planning experience
  • Understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas
  • Customer-focused selling and closing experience
  • Experience navigating complex selling cycles
  • Formal sales training program completion
  • CRM experience, such as Salesforce
  • Experience with new product introductions and value analysis processes
  • Outstanding data and analytical skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
  • May need licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials required by healthcare or third-party facilities
