About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on Solventum 360 Encompass and associated Revenue Cycle products
Incorporate blended learning and adult learning concepts into training
Deliver live classroom and web-based training
Contribute to asynchronous training
Participate in project implementations before and after go-live with key project stakeholders
Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor, and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams
Engage with customers remotely and onsite to facilitate software training
Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives
Comply with professional, quality, corporate, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of Health Information Management/clinical coding experience
Exposure to a diverse casemix
Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications
Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)
Experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist is beneficial
Healthcare training-related experience is beneficial
La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications are beneficial
Previous auditing, training, and education experience in coding is highly desirable
Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience with Solventum 360 Encompass is beneficial
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
