About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimisation for assigned Solventum product lines
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned teams and solutions
Understand clients’ short- and long-term strategy goals
Conduct current-state workflow and configuration reviews using Solventum best-practice workflows
Partner with clients on workflow optimisation changes
Advocate for customers, log issues, and escalate them according to standard procedures
Own client relationship coordination and client-focused interactions across the organisation
Track overall client satisfaction survey results for assigned clients
Define and track key performance indicators
Stay up to date on industry and product changes
Participate in corporate programs and initiatives and comply with professional, quality, corporate, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years of Health Information Management/clinical coding experience
Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications
Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)
Current, valid Driver’s License
La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications highly desirable
Previous auditing, training, and education experience in coding highly desirable
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and associated organisational workflows
Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
Experience consulting with clients in health information systems
Demonstrated knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products
Demonstrated industry knowledge
Proficient computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional client relationship skills
Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations diplomatically
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation, and training skills
Must be creative and innovative
Strong teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and work ethic
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
May include up to 50% domestic travel
