About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models using Fabric-enabled features, Dataflows Gen2, Direct Lake, and AI visuals
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, Pandas, PySpark, and modern scripting frameworks
  • Architect and manage cloud data solutions using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks
  • Build and integrate AI/ML-driven insights, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, NLQ, Copilot-enabled analytics, and generative AI use cases
  • Design and consume APIs and JSON-based data pipelines integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and external regulatory platforms
  • Conduct data quality and governance assessments and resolve gaps with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Data Governance teams
  • Partner with business, Master Data, and digital transformation teams to define data products, KPIs, and AI-driven insights supporting Healthcare and Regulatory operations
  • Support data governance frameworks including metadata management, lineage tracking, and enterprise standards
  • Train users on Power BI, Copilot, and data tools and promote data literacy and responsible AI usage
  • Contribute to cloud and AI transformation initiatives, modern data platform migrations, AI agents, and Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock integrations
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Seven years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science roles
  • Demonstrated impact delivering data-driven insights
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design
  • Experience with Power BI Fabric, Copilot, or embedded analytics is a plus
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion and transformation
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language; Python preferred
  • Experience with Pandas or PySpark for data manipulation, automation, and analysis
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field is an additional qualification
  • Exposure to API integrations and JSON-based data processing
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and generative AI concepts and tools such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
  • Experience conducting large-scale, complex data analysis for strategic decision-making and operational improvements
  • Experience in data mining, data transformation, and feature engineering using Python, Pandas, PySpark, or R
  • Experience with streaming or near real-time data pipelines and scalable data processing frameworks is a plus
  • Working knowledge of machine learning and AI workflows, including predictive models, anomaly detection, or NLP
  • Familiarity with generative AI and LLM-based solutions such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or LangChain is a strong plus
  • Experience with API integrations, JSON data structures, and interoperability across Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise platforms
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
