About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop deeper relationships with assigned post-acute customers for the Medical Surgical division of Solventum.
- Develop and implement strategies for business retention and growth within assigned customers.
- Provide strategic direction to the field sales organization to drive compliance, clinical value, and growth.
- Create, present, and deliver insights using executive communication skills.
- Communicate customer insights, growth forecasts, and innovative approaches to value-based contracts.
- Identify opportunities using data trends to meet growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Create and implement strategic and operational plans leveraging project management skills.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) years of medical device experience
- Three (3) years of demonstrated experience leading sales strategy and development within IDNs or GPOs
- Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience and executive level communications
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau)
- Previous experience with National, Corporate Accounts, or Large IDN management
- Excellent project management skills
- Deep knowledge of healthcare economics, clinical outcomes, and supply chain management
- Experience negotiating contracts and developing business strategy
- MBA preferred.
