About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Procure raw materials and inputs required for production
  • Work closely with production operations teams to understand production impacts to the schedule and forecasts
  • Utilize Supply Chain tools, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and processes to make data-driven decisions to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory
  • Analyze material flow data to make procurement, planning and scheduling decisions
  • Implement defined standard work to improve product flow

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited University OR Associates degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experience OR High School/ GED and 4 years of Supply Chain experience
  • Previous supply chain planning experience
  • Pursuing or begin APICS certification process upon start of assignment
  • Experience with Microsoft, MS Cloud Apps (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI), SAP, and SQL a plus
  • Self-directed work ethic to perform duties
  • Ability to clearly communicate in oral/written form
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and word processing skills
