About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the sales team within a defined geographic territory to develop new accounts and expand product usage with existing customers.
- Assisting with case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and closing outstanding purchase orders in a compliant manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across sites of care through education, demonstrations, and responsive support.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Previous surgical or biologics experience (Nice to Have)
- Field-based time and priority management (Nice to Have)
- Clear, professional communication with clinicians and surgical staff (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in patient care settings such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices (Nice to Have)
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset (Nice to Have)
