About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consulting with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products
  • Attending procedures and product placements in hospital care settings
  • Delivering sustainable business growth by achieving sales targets through effective account and territory management
  • Identifying customer clinical, financial, and operational priorities and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Educating clinicians through product training, in-servicing, and ongoing clinical support
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
  • Using clinical and economic evidence to support therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product introductions
  • Influencing key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products
  • Providing responsive customer support and service
  • Demonstrating proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program
  • Leveraging company software and tools for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking
  • Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND two years of sales and/or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED or higher AND four years of sales and/or clinical experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment (preferred)
  • Prior wound care or medical device sales experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong customer relationships with key influencers, including surgeons and clinical decision makers (preferred)
  • Experience with territory management and business planning (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care settings (preferred)
  • Customer-focused selling and closing experience (preferred)
  • Experience navigating complex selling cycles (preferred)
  • Completion of a formal sales training program (preferred)
  • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce (preferred)
  • Experience supporting new product introductions and navigating the value analysis process (preferred)
