About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performing system administration activities, including coordinating and managing the post-go live configuration of applications and interfaces
Analyzing workflows while complying policies, procedures and constraints of assigned clients
Performing escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution in support of multiple clients for supported applications
Monitoring of the network, servers, cloud, and applications to ensure full availability and optimum performance daily
Utilizing software tools and logs to monitor network and system health
Assuring technical support problem resolution related to applications and infrastructure through cooperative relationship with the support and Managed Cloud Services teams
Performing system maintenance tasks including application and operating system updates etc.
Willingness to be on-call

Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Travel: Up to 10%
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
