About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own marketing strategy and deliverables across multiple high-complexity projects
  • Lead development of target product profiles, value propositions, positioning, and business cases
  • Integrate clinical insights into marketing strategy
  • Lead market opportunity analyses, including competitive assessment and unmet need identification
  • Build out robust business cases, including revenue projections and pricing strategies
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison on the new product core team
  • Collaborate with PMO to ensure stage-gate readiness
  • Partner with Global Downstream and Regional Marketing for launch readiness input

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in upstream or downstream product marketing
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Economics, or related field)
  • Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or similar regulated industry
  • Experience with stage-gate processes and tools
  • Strong financial and business case acumen, including revenue modeling, NPV analyses, and pricing strategies
  • Knowledge of the advanced wound care market, including negative pressure wound therapies
  • Ability to thrive in an action-oriented and high accountability environment
