About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own marketing strategy and deliverables across multiple high-complexity projects
- Lead development of target product profiles, value propositions, positioning, and business cases
- Integrate clinical insights into marketing strategy
- Lead market opportunity analyses, including competitive assessment and unmet need identification
- Build out robust business cases, including revenue projections and pricing strategies
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison on the new product core team
- Collaborate with PMO to ensure stage-gate readiness
- Partner with Global Downstream and Regional Marketing for launch readiness input
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in upstream or downstream product marketing
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Economics, or related field)
- Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or similar regulated industry
- Experience with stage-gate processes and tools
- Strong financial and business case acumen, including revenue modeling, NPV analyses, and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of the advanced wound care market, including negative pressure wound therapies
- Ability to thrive in an action-oriented and high accountability environment
