Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical implementation expertise for customer deployments of Solventum SaaS solutions
Support customer-specific technical decisions related to configuration, integration, and deployment
Contribute to alignment between product architecture, customer requirements, and achievable implementation outcomes
Identify gaps between customer requirements and current product capabilities
Apply supported implementation patterns and escalate unavoidable deviations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or higher
5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare IT
Experience in technical implementation of complex enterprise solutions
Experience delivering SaaS or vendor-based solutions
Strong knowledge of integration, IAM, networking (including VPNs) and security implementation
Ability to troubleshoot implementation issues
Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and integration delivery (HL7, FHIR)
