About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to healthcare organizations globally
Cultivate executive-level relationships and drive measurable business outcomes
Advise clients on business process and customer workflow improvement
Lead ROI analysis and performance reviews to demonstrate solution impact
Engage with technical teams for integration needs and champion continuous improvement through Voice of Customer programs
Monitor for emerging risks and escalate to implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of clinical coding/health information management experience
RN, consulting or acute care CDI experience
Five (5) years of ICD-10-AM/ACHI/Australian Coding Standards knowledge and AR-DRG methodologies experience
Associate degree from an accredited institution AND at least eleven (11) years of clinical coding/health information management experience
CHIM or Eligible for membership of HIMAA or Valid RN or License with minimum of five (5) years acute care experience
Minimum of five (5) years of CDI experience
Deep understanding of and relationship among clinical documentation, medical record coding, healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
Extensive experience with and understanding of health information applications (PAS, EHR, EMR, Encoder, CAC/CDI, etc)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
