About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to healthcare organizations globally
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Advise clients on business process and customer workflow improvement
  • Lead ROI analysis and performance reviews to demonstrate solution impact
  • Engage with technical teams for integration needs and champion continuous improvement through Voice of Customer programs
  • Monitor for emerging risks and escalate to implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of clinical coding/health information management experience
  • RN, consulting or acute care CDI experience
  • Five (5) years of ICD-10-AM/ACHI/Australian Coding Standards knowledge and AR-DRG methodologies experience
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution AND at least eleven (11) years of clinical coding/health information management experience
  • CHIM or Eligible for membership of HIMAA or Valid RN or License with minimum of five (5) years acute care experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of CDI experience
  • Deep understanding of and relationship among clinical documentation, medical record coding, healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
  • Extensive experience with and understanding of health information applications (PAS, EHR, EMR, Encoder, CAC/CDI, etc)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
