Key responsibilities & impact

Developing project estimates, plans and proposals, and coordinating project approvals
Managing project timelines, scopes, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully deliver to approved project commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (7) seven years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND (15) fifteen years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
Subject matter expertise in automated manufacturing equipment and web-handling (roll to roll) processes
Demonstrated project management, communication, facilitation, influencing and teaching/coaching skills
Ability to energize teams, promote teamwork and maintain positive morale
Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants
Advanced degree (completed and verified prior to start) in an engineering discipline or technology management from an accredited institution
