About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily and weekly production scheduling aligned with demand and capacity constraints;
- Assist in creating and updating production plans (short- and mid-term planning);
- Monitor production adherence to plan and support corrective actions;
- Support inventory control of raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods;
- Assist in material requirements planning (MRP) and follow up on critical items;
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and procurement teams;
- Support capacity analysis and identification of production bottlenecks;
- Generate and analyze KPIs (service level, schedule adherence, inventory levels);
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes;
- Maintain production planning data in BPCS / ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy;
- Assist in documentation and processes aligned with GMP requirements;
- Support audit readiness activities by ensuring proper records and traceability;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of production planning or supply chain principles;
- Basic Excel skills for data analysis;
- Initial experience or internships in production planning, supply chain, or logistics;
- Basic knowledge of BPCS (PP/MM) or other ERP systems;
- Basic understanding of MRP, demand planning, and inventory control;
- Analytical ability to handle data and identify variances;
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Good communication skills to interface with operational areas;
- Basic knowledge of regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food industries;
- Understanding of processes and documentation with a focus on traceability;
