About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Driving end-to-end program execution, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple global teams
Owning execution rigor, including risk, dependency, and issue management to ensure on-time delivery
Establishing operating rhythms, including program reviews, status reporting, and leadership updates
Coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
Improving delivery performance, implementing program management best practices, tools, and metrics to increase predictability and throughput

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7-10+ years of job related experience
7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery roles
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team programs across distributed teams
Strong experience with execution management tools (Jira, dashboards, reporting tools)
Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum practices and software delivery lifecycle
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience driving enterprise-scale programs (cloud migration, AI initiatives, platform transformation)
Strong experience in RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
Experience working with global teams
Experience with writing Product Requirements Document (PRD)
Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs / OKRs to drive delivery improvement
Certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent experience
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
