About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned AI products and capabilities
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI requirements by owning the end-to-end backlog
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value
  • Define and track measurable business and model outcomes
  • Embed Responsible AI and compliance by design
  • Serve as the primary business-facing owner by leading stakeholder alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of job-related experience or High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of the same job-related experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager delivering data, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience translating business needs into product requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML use cases
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., model lifecycle, training vs. inference, data dependencies, performance metrics)
  • Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs using Agile methodologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
