Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA production support and service delivery across all regions.
Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability aligned with business SLAs.
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize business disruptions.
Establish and run a 24x7 global support model with clear escalation paths.
Ensure robust hypercare, release management, and transport governance processes.
Drive risk mitigation strategies for production deployments.
Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for SAP systems.
Manage global Application Management Services (AMS) partners and vendors.
Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
Drive vendor performance through governance frameworks and regular reviews.
Partner closely with business leaders, IT leadership, and functional teams to align priorities.
Act as the single point of accountability for SAP production support.
Communicate system performance, risks, and improvements to executive stakeholders.
Drive automation, AI/ML-based monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
Build and lead a high-performing global SAP support organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
15+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Technology Delivery
12+ years of SAP Implementations or SAP Service Delivery
5+ years of managing large SAP Service Delivery
5+ years of managing large global teams of 50+ people
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
3+ years of experience in Healthcare or Medtech Industry
