About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the preparation of local files, master file, and country‑by‑country reporting (CbCR) support in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Collect and analyze financial and operational data for benchmarking studies, functional analyses, and economic analyses.
- Draft and update transfer pricing relevant disclosures, intercompany agreements, and related documentation.
- Support the annual transfer pricing cycle year‑end adjustments and documentation refresh.
- Work with Controllership, FP&A, Treasury and local finance teams to operationalize transfer pricing policies (e.g., monthly charges, allocation keys, cost centers).
- Support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of processes, tools, and systems to streamline and automate operational transfer pricing (e.g., ERP, BI tools, TP calculation tools).
- Review intercompany invoices and reconciliations.
- Assist with preparing financial data, analysis and modeling to support transfer pricing processes and projects.
- Support responses to tax authority queries, audits including data gathering, analysis, and drafting of responses.
- Maintain an organized audit defense file for key jurisdictions and transactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, corporate finance, or related field (experience in Big 4 or multinational environment).
- Solid understanding of basic transfer pricing concepts, financial statements, and accounting fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare clear, structured documentation.
- Advanced degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, or Law, and/or a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CTA, CFA) not required but preferred.
