About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform training delivery and facilitation for assigned programs, using effective communication and influencing techniques to drive knowledge, skill development, and behavior change across audiences.
  • Execute the design, development, and continuous improvement of training materials, including manuals, modules, and e-learning content to support business and operational needs.
  • Support business partners and teams by analyzing training needs, resolving moderately complex issues, and providing guidance on training processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Coordinate training plans, schedules, records, and program logistics to ensure alignment with business timelines, compliance requirements, and overall training objectives.
  • Prepare training reports, effectiveness analyses, and cost estimates by tracking training data and feedback to improve program outcomes and inform business decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related business operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND six (6) years of training, learning and development, instructional design, or related business operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Two (2) years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, instructional materials, or learning content.
  • Two (2) years of experience coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, and supporting learning program administration.
  • Two (2) years of experience assessing training needs, analyzing performance trends, and measuring training effectiveness.
  • Two (2) years of experience utilizing learning management systems (LMS), reporting tools, or business applications to manage training data and reporting.
