L2 Support Engineer
SolventumL2 Support Engineer providing second level support and implementation for healthcare information systems. Collaborating with teams to ensure effective usage and customer satisfaction while working hybrid in Madrid.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting our Health Information products in Spain and Colombia
- Provide second level support to internal and external customers
- Be a subject matter expert on our HIS systems
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions
- Liaising with our development team on upgrades, maintenance, hotfixes
- Offering ongoing support and training to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience
- Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation
- Excellent language skills in Spanish and English. Having Portuguese would be beneficial but not compulsory.
- System operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Excellent customer facing communication skills.
- Coding experience.
- Healthcare background.
