About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting our Health Information products in Spain and Colombia
  • Provide second level support to internal and external customers
  • Be a subject matter expert on our HIS systems
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions
  • Liaising with our development team on upgrades, maintenance, hotfixes
  • Offering ongoing support and training to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience
  • Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation
  • Excellent language skills in Spanish and English. Having Portuguese would be beneficial but not compulsory.
  • System operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
  • Software Development Lifecycle processes
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills.
  • Coding experience.
  • Healthcare background.
