About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Defining the business vision, roadmap, and priorities for the enterprise ELN/LIMS platform
Representing the voice of the business by defining needs, intended use, and value outcomes for laboratory workflows, data, and user experience
Leading workflow discovery, process harmonization, and requirements translation across R&D and Quality
Owning product backlog prioritization
Partnering with the Lab IT lead on implementation priorities, release planning, change readiness, and validation support
Aligning R&D, Quality, Engineering, and IT stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, governance, and decisions needed to scale
Driving business adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement, training alignment, process readiness, and continuous feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and/or mathematics) discipline
Ten (10) years' experience in a regulated industry in a private, public, government or military environment
One (1) year experience translating laboratory work into business needs or investment proposals
Two (2) years experience in a role requiring cross functional
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Three (3) years experience working with ELN/LIMS platforms and laboratory processes
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include
Experience translating laboratory work flows directly into IT systems requirements
Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, business lead, or similar role supporting enterprise laboratory systems, digital products, or regulated business platforms
