About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops a comprehensive 360-degree overview around Key Customers
- Identify growth opportunities for the full dental portfolio penetration
- Develops and drives aligned Strategic Account Plans
- Leads annual growth plans negotiations with the key stakeholders
- Builds and owns relationships with key stakeholders/influencers inside the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to negotiate solutions to issues before they arise
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Spoken and written Dutch, French and English
- Proven experience in a Key Account Management role within the Benelux, healthcare market ideally
