About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develops a comprehensive 360-degree overview around Key Customers
  • Identify growth opportunities for the full dental portfolio penetration
  • Develops and drives aligned Strategic Account Plans
  • Leads annual growth plans negotiations with the key stakeholders
  • Builds and owns relationships with key stakeholders/influencers inside the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to negotiate solutions to issues before they arise
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Spoken and written Dutch, French and English
  • Proven experience in a Key Account Management role within the Benelux, healthcare market ideally
