About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Orchestrating and executing platform quality, test, and validation plans across the group’s portfolio in accordance with Solventum standards and operating procedures.
Participate in the planning and execution of: System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing
Working closely with Solventum QTM leadership to coordinate timelines, deliverables, tools, and compliance.
Communicating with appropriate urgency and transparency status on progress, issues, and plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
Three (3) years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, government or military environment.
Three (3) years of experience as a Quality Tester
Command of industry standard quality frameworks, and tools e.g. Life Sciences Validation, GAMP 5, Tricentis qTest, Requirements traceability
Understanding of Marketing Technology capabilities and processes, including: B2B eCommerce, Content Management Solutions (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Familiarity with: Customer Experience Management (CX), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP S/4 HANA
Experience with Agile Methodology
