About the role

  • Design and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives and partner with executive leadership to assess readiness and define success metrics
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and effective communication throughout change initiatives
  • Conduct impact analyses and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Provide coaching to senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor on transformation initiatives, change strategy, and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop scalable training programs, establish an enterprise-wide change management community of practice, and create strategic plans to enhance organizational change capabilities
  • Serve as change practitioner supporting key strategic transformation initiatives (50% of time), coach and support project leaders (25%), and lead solutions for common enterprise-wide needs (25%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher
  • Twelve (12) years of change management or organizational development experience
  • 3-5 years in a strategic leadership role within a Center of Expertise or similar function in a private, public or military environment
  • Prosci certification or equivalent required with demonstrated experience implementing Prosci methodology or equivalent across various organizational contexts
  • Understanding of organizational development theories and principles, with emphasis on systems thinking
  • Proven track record of successful change management initiatives and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, preference on global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B)
  • May include travel up to 10%
