About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating Solventum Steri-vac™ Sterilizers and Abators in hospital and industrial (Life Sciences) environments.
  • Performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Providing technical consultation and in-service training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Managing customer relationships through service agreement renewals, obtaining purchase orders for billable service visits, and scheduling customer visits.
  • Supporting customers by delivering timely and effective technical service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of experience troubleshooting and repairing medical or industrial equipment in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND seven (7) years of experience troubleshooting and repairing medical or industrial equipment in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing medical or industrial equipment
  • Experience performing equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
  • Experience providing technical support and customer-facing service in a field environment
  • Current and valid driver's license
