About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan.
- Coordinates efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and coordinate other sales-related activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University graduate with Medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience.
- Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving.
- Optimistic, hard-working and innovative
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
